Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys helping others and has excellent communication skills.
This Position is fully Remote and does not require you to work from an office space.
This Position Pays out a commission, 10% of total amount of job booked is paid out to you after job is completed. (EX: You book a job for $600.00, you would receive $60.00 for booking that job as long as the job isnt cancelled)
The more jobs you book the more money you make.
Responsibilities:
- Must have a Cell Phone and/or Laptop
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
- Assist customers with product information, pricing, and order placement
- Provide accurate and efficient data entry of customer information
- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
- Upsell additional products or services to enhance the customer experience
- Resolve customer complaints or issues with patience and empathy
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively address customer inquiries
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze information and provide effective solutions
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers
- Strong phone etiquette and active listening skills
- Proficient in data entry and computer skills
- Bilingual/multilingual candidates are highly desirable
- Must have a Cell Phone and/or Laptop
- Must be able to download applications to your Cell Phone and/or Laptop
- Must clock in for scheduled shift and take all phone calls/emails that come in.
