As a Call Center Representative/Customer Service team member at our Trucking Automation Company, you will be the frontline communicator with our clients, ensuring their needs are met efficiently and effectively. You will play a pivotal role in providing support, assistance, and information to our customers, contributing to the overall success and reputation of our company.
Responsibilities:
Respond promptly to inbound customer inquiries, providing accurate information and assistance regarding our trucking automation products and services.
Listen attentively to customer concerns, issues, and feedback, demonstrating empathy and understanding in every interaction.
Guide customers through step-by-step solutions over the phone, aiming for swift issue resolution and customer satisfaction.
Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved satisfactorily and inquire about their overall experience with our products and services.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Basic computer skills.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional and courteous demeanor.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $22.40 - $26.25 per hour
