New Moroccan Supper Club is looking to add a General Manager to their team!
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in luxury hospitality or nightlife management, prior experience with managing pre opening phases of high-end venues is preferred.
- Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, capable of nurturing a high-performing team from the ground up.
- Flexibility to work extended hours, including weekends and holidays, particularly during the pre opening phase.
- Deep understanding of cultural nuances relevant to a French Moroccan-themed venue.
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all facets of the nightclub's pre opening activities, from staff recruitment and training to the setup of operational systems and procedures.
- Cultivate an exceptional team environment, guiding staff through the pre opening phases and beyond to exceed the high expectations associated with our brand.
- Manage the establishment and execution of pre opening budgets and marketing strategies that capture the essence of a French Moroccan royal escape, attracting a discerning clientele from day one.
- Lead the setup and fine-tuning of the club’s infrastructure.
- Craft and implement marketing strategies that showcase the venue's unique theme and build anticipation ahead of the grand opening.
- Negotiate contracts with entertainers and vendors to ensure a stellar lineup of attractions for the opening and beyond.
- Develop and manage the financial aspects of the club, including pre opening expenses, ensuring profitability while upholding our standards of elegance and quality.
- Establish rigorous standards of safety and cleanliness, ensuring every aspect is addressed prior to opening and maintained thereafter.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $105,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
