**Overview:**
Blue Granite Bookkeeping is growing and we are seeking a skilled Bookkeeper to join our team. We are a full charge bookkeeping service with remote work only. Hours will be starting part time but can grow to full time as we are growing very quickly.
The ideal candidate will have experience indaily bookkeeping, bank reconciliation, double-entry bookkeeping, payroll, corporate accounting, account reconciliation, balance sheet reconciliation, technical accounting, and familiarity with Quiickbooks Online.
Familiarity with other accounting software a plus.
**Responsibilities:**
- Maintain accurate financial records using accounting software
- Perform bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable (when needed)
- Prepare financial reports including balance sheets and income statements
- Process payroll for employees
- Conduct account reconciliations
**Requirements:**
- Proven work experience as a Bookkeeper or similar role
- Proficiency in using accounting software and MS Excel
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
