This Remote Estimator's scope will often include small contract work and sizeable replacement jobs as well. This experienced Estimator is expected to meet sales goals in accordance with gross margins. Candidates should possess product knowledge to assist with designs, layout, preferences, and budget constraints.

Generate high volume sales in our core city service business segment. The sales will encompass both the residential and commercial markets, new construction and retrofit, and maintenance.

Engage the customer, determine their needs, layout and measure the job, provide any required estimates/pricing, close the sale, order and expedite materials, schedule and oversee the required labor to execute the job in a timely and productive fashion.

Develop and maintain customer relationships to enhance customer experience and build referrals for new business.

Have working knowledge of shower door estimating process and software.

Communicate with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget constraints, demonstrating a high level of customer service.

Prepare and present estimates to clients, addressing any questions or concerns they may have and ensuring clear and effective communication throughout the process.

Review estimate elements for adequacy, uniformity, and completeness, ensuring cost-based accuracy, as well as timely preparation of relevant documentation in accordance with Company standards and guidelines.

Effectively communicate Company related requirements and specifications, regarding products and services, with customers and vendors.

Proactively follow-up with customers on pending quotes, factoring in adjustments as needed.

Maintain all quotation and proposal records as required by Company policy.

A minimum of 3 years of sales experience
- Strong understanding of shower door materials, installation techniques, and industry standards
- Proficiency in using estimating software and tools.

Excellent client relationship skills

Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills

Experience with Microsoft Office products including Word and Excel
