In this position you will be working within the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex with an opportunity to work alongside some of the most skilled tradesman in the industry at building beautiful kitchens and bathrooms. Must have professional level experience in ALL of the following trades: tile work, drywall, and texture, plumbing, electrical, rough and finish carpentry, painting and finishes, and flooring. *** on-site - working hands on to build and complete the client's vision. ***
We are a well-established, A+ rated Residential Remodeling design/build company located in Carrollton Texas specializing in Kitchen and Bath remodeling, but we do it ALL. We are seeking a full-time, experienced residential remodeler to join our team.

- Full time (W2) employee position (40 hrs. / week) Monday - Friday (8:00am to 4:45pm)
- No nights

Construction Residential Remodeler Qualifications / Responsibilities:
- Remodel/Renovate Kitchens and Bathrooms (which is 80% of our business - but we do it all)
- Minimum of seven (5) years’ experience in: tile, drywall, texture, plumbing, electrical, rough and finish carpentry, painting and finishes, and flooring.
- Extensive knowledge of residential construction, remodeling trades, practices, procedures, quality control, cost control, safety, and applicable building codes.
- Must be able to provide references (We check them).
- Plan and maintain construction schedules within estimated timelines.
- Accurately plan and procure general construction materials.
- Quick learner and able to figure solutions quickly.
- Take great pride in your work.
- Organized and great communicator
- Have your own reliable transportation and a valid TX Drivers' license.
- Must have necessary tools to complete jobs.
- Must value and provide honest conduct.
- Punctual and reliable
- Provide quality work with attention to detail.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
