OPERATIONAL NEEDS:
- Must be organized and communicate clearly and effectively, both in speech and writing. Ability to communicate in Spanish is helpful, but not required.
- Prior business office experience and some college studies preferred.
- Must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, work independently and set priorities as assigned by supervisor.
- Must possess strong computer skills and experience with spreadsheets. Familiarity with Microsoft Office products preferred.
- Must be willing to support additional tasks and projects as assigned by the Regional Office.
- Must be willing to occasionally support tasks and projects at other New York State Parks’ work sites in the New York City Region.
- Must be able to work 40 hours a week, Monday through Friday, and possibly extended weekday hours as needed.
