Position Overview: We are currently seeking an experienced Outbound Sales Representative to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities through outbound cold calling efforts. This role requires a self-starter with a proven track record of success in B2B sales, excellent communication skills, and a strong work ethic.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective customers in the Business Connectivity Solutions to generate new business opportunities.
- Qualify leads and identify decision-makers through effective questioning and relationship-building techniques.
- Present product/service offerings and value propositions to prospects, highlighting key benefits and features.
- Overcome objections and address concerns to effectively move prospects through the sales process.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement strategies for achieving sales targets and objectives.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline management in the CRM system.
- Stay current on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B outbound sales, preferably in business connectivity services.
- Proven track record of success in prospecting, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate value propositions effectively.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport and establish relationships with prospects.
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with a high level of initiative and determination to achieve sales targets.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools, with the ability to manage and track sales activities and pipeline effectively.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
