Kind Behavioral Health is a leading provider of Applied Behavior Analysis services, dedicated to improving the lives of children with ASD. As a rapidly growing organization, we are looking for a full-time Scheduling Coordinator to manage all client and provider rescheduling needs. The Scheduling Coordinator will be an integral part of the clinical support team. The ideal candidate will be able to confidently navigate time-sensitive conversations with current families and clinicians, triage cancellations, and ensure the continuity of client care through same day and future rescheduling across multiple locations.
- Day-to-day Scheduling:

Respond to a high volume of communication with caregivers, clinical staff and other stakeholders.

Oversee RBT substitutions and client cancellations, in close partnership with clinical leadership, enabling clinicians to cover open staffing needs upon callouts, and arranging for timely replacement of clinicians as clinically appropriate and feasible

Input day-to-day scheduling changes with high attention to detail to ensure data integrity

Communication and Interpersonal Skills:

Provide a superior experience for all stakeholders with kind, timely, and clear communication across all channels

Clinical Support & Utilization:

Monitor and track adherence to client cancellation & clinician call-out policies

Partner with clinical team to support same day, and recurring staffing coverage

Data Input & Maintenance:
- CentralReach practice management software, across all clinical service locations

Coordinate with clinicians to ensure the accurate tracking of client schedules, management of client cancellations, and delivery of ABA services as scheduled
- Outstanding communicator with high EQ – ability to navigate challenging conversations with clinicians and families in a high-pressure, often time-sensitive, setting

Maintain client privacy and confidentiality as appropriate, per HIPAA guidelines

Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Microsoft Word, PowerPointand Outlook) and strong data analytic and reporting capabilities within Microsoft Excel
- Preferred Bachelor’s degree

Desired familiarity with scheduling in a healthcare setting across multiple locations

Familiarity with ABA and Autism services, and/or CentralReach platform highly preferred
- Full-time, 40 hours per week

Working hours are M-F, 6am-3pm EST
