INTAKE COORDINATOR/EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT
The Child & Family Institute (CFI) and its nonprofit Weissman Children’s Foundation (WCF) are mission-driven organizations dedicated to raising the standard of mental healthcare by offering highly specialized, evidence-based psychological treatments to every child, family, and young adult, regardless of their ability to pay. Founded by President, CEO, and Chief Psychologist Adam S. Weissman, PhD, CFI and WCF strive to break down generations-old, nationwide barriers to accessing quality mental healthcare in underserved communities and communities of color.
Intake Coordinator/Executive Assistant
CFI is currently accepting applications for a full-time Intake Coordinator to facilitate referral and intake processes for new clients and related administrative responsibilities (e.g. scheduling) at CFI and WCF. This position is ideal for a post-baccalaureate candidate interested in applying to graduate school in the mental health field. This position will be hybrid and a two-year minimum commitment is required.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (degree in psychology or a related field preferred)
- Prior knowledge and experience with CBT preferred
- Prior knowledge and experience with non-profit work preferred

Compensation and Benefits
This is an independent contractor position. Salary is commensurate with experience and includes substantial opportunities for growth, ranging from $35,000 to $50,000 annually.
Based on the candidate’s interests and experience, there are opportunities to co-lead virtual CBT groups and assist with innovative equity & effectiveness program evaluation research and clinical treatments. This position also includes exposure to, and opportunities to participate in task forces focused on diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI), communications, non-profit board meetings, as well as robust clinical supervision, case conference, and didactics curricula led by renowned leaders in the mental health field.
