Hello prospective applicant, we practice family law exclusively and focus on military, veteran and family member clients, though we have substantial client diversity. This position is full time in-person in our Colorado Springs office.

This position will include the following duties and responsibilities:
- Assist on family law matters, including preparation of sworn financial statements, pleadings, notices, and court scheduling
- Client intake
- Case file management
- Document management
- Phone answering
- Calendaring
- Drafting discovery and responses
- Communicating with opposing counsel, clients and court staff
- Court filing
- For LPP additional higher level responsibilities as permitted by LPP program
Qualifications
-At least one year of family law paralegal experience handling paralegal tasks from start to finish
-At least three years of paralegal experience
-A Bachelor's degree or higher
-Paralegal certificate or degree preferred
- Must have experience with independent paralegal case support and the ability to plan and calendar paralegal case tasks
