The Marketing Implementation Manager’s role is crucial in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of our marketing strategies and initiatives.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Update and maintain the marketing CRM
- Clean and organize contact lists to ensure accurate and up-to-date information
- Create and send email campaigns targeting various customer segments
- Analyze the performance of email campaigns and optimize for better results
- Manage and update the company’s Google Business listings to enhance local SEO
- Monitor and respond to customer reviews and inquiries
- Manage the company’s social media accounts, including content creation and scheduling
- Track the ROI of marketing initiatives and provide regular reports to management
- Use data driven insights to optimize marketing strategies
- Work with the Graphic Designer to manage brand needs in marketing campaigns
- Collaborate with the sales team to create dynamic ads and promotions to generate new leads
- Develop strategies to support sales initiatives and improve lead conversion
- Optimize SEO within the company website to improve organic search rankings
- Coordinate with external vendors for various marketing needs
Supervisory Responsibilities:
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Proficiency in Marketing CRM software and email marketing platforms
- Strong understanding of SEO best practices and Google Business management
- Excellent organizational and project management skills
- Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Experience in managing social media accounts and content creation
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in marketing operations or a similar role
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged sitting at desk and computer requiring the ability to operate keyboard and view computer terminal
Location & Hours:
- Full-time; Standard work week Monday to Friday
- In office located in Mesa, Arizona

Compensation and Benefits:
- Standard 3% - 10% annual bonus program based on tenure
