Job responsibilities include:

Greet guests, listen to their concerns, and identify their vehicle service needs – Strive to enhance the customer experience

Conduct vehicle walk arounds and identify necessary repairs or maintenance

Provide customers with detailed explanations of recommended services and associated costs
-
Upsell additional services or products based on customer needs and vehicle requirements
-
Schedule appointments for service and repairs
-
Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs and tasks
-
Keep customers informed of the status of their vehicles throughout the service process
-
Process payments and handle financial transactions
-
Other duties may be assigned
Required Skills/Abilities:

Strong knowledge of automotive systems and repair processes
-
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-
Ability to effectively explain technical information to non-technical customers
-
Proficiency in using computer systems and software for service writing and invoicing
-
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
-
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Prior experience in a dealership or automotive service center is preferred

All employees earn 1 hour of paid time off for every 40 hours worked in compliance with the applicable state paid sick leave law.

Following 36 months of continuous service, full-time employees will earn an additional 40 hours of RAG PTO on each anniversary date to be used prior to the next anniversary date. Following 120 months of continuous service, full-time employees will earn 80 hours of RAG PTO on each anniversary date to be used prior to the next anniversary date.
