Position: Flooring Sales Representative (Commission Only)

Our team specializes in a wide range of flooring products, including terrazzo, line strip, acid brick, MMA, polished concrete, epoxy, urethane, cold room, and waterproofing solutions. Job Description:
As a Flooring Sales Representative, you will be responsible for visiting homeowners and commercial sites to diagnose flooring problems and recommend appropriate products and solutions. While flooring sales experience is a plus, it is not a requirement. We value individuals with strong work ethic, punctuality, willingness to learn, and motivation.
Responsibilities:
- Visit clients' homes and commercial sites to assess flooring needs
- Recommend suitable flooring products and solutions based on client requirements
- Collaborate with marketing and service fulfillment teams to ensure seamless customer experience
- Maintain availability for appointments throughout the week, Monday through Saturday
- Attend product education and sales training sessions to enhance knowledge and skills
- Work towards achieving sales targets and goals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster trust and repeat business
- Provide regular updates and reports to management on sales activities and progress
Requirements:
- Sales experience preferred, flooring sales experience a plus
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to drive up to 50 miles to client sites
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong work ethic and motivation to succeed
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges
- Must be available for appointments all day Monday through Saturday
Compensation:
We offer a commission-based compensation structure, starting at 5% commission with the potential to earn more as trust is gained. Additionally, higher commission rates are achievable over time as sales targets are met and exceeded.
