Responsibilities:
- Manage overall operations including customer service, POS system maintenance and promotions.
- Train and supervise staff to ensure quality service and adherence to protocols
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize business profitability
- Maintain cleanliness and compliance with health and safety regulations
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner
- Collaborate with kitchen staff for efficient food and beverage service
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in restaurant or bar management
- Strong knowledge of food production, POS systems, and kitchen operations
- Ability to handle food safely and maintain hygiene standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
