Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth running of the shift
- Manage and lead a team of employees, providing guidance and support as needed
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and resolve any issues that may arise
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Train new employees on company policies, procedures, and standards
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of inventory control and POS systems
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Knowledge of canines and kennel upkeep is a plus
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
