Job Responsibilities:
- Purpose of the Team: The team focuses on managing planning and prioritization for all business requests from an engineering standpoint, ensuring strategic alignment and operational efficiency.
- Key Projects: The incumbent will play a crucial role in managing planning and prioritization efforts for diverse business requests, contributing significantly to project workflows and deliverables.
- Task Breakdown and Operating Rhythm: The role is balanced between 50% participation in meetings, which facilitates cross-collaboration and alignment, and 50% dedicated to heads-down work on projects and workstreams, driving initiatives to completion.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 5-7 years of overall experience in fields such as program management, product management, process management, or process improvement.
- Education: A bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, Finance, or a related field is preferred. Candidates without a degree but with equivalent experience are also considered.
- Portfolio Management: Minimum 5 years of experience.
- Data Analysis: Minimum 5 years of experience, demonstrating ability to derive actionable insights from complex datasets.
- Executive Presentation Preparation: Minimum 5 years of experience, showcasing proficiency in preparing and delivering strategic presentations to senior stakeholders.
The target hiring compensation range for this role is the equivalent of $60.00- $62.25 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
