With a strong global presence, we are expanding our operations into North and Central America through a newly established entity. Our product range includes EKT traction lithium batteries for material handling equipment, small traction EKT (MS series) lithium batteries for floor cleaners, club cars, and aerial platforms, as well as HF chargers (Effic brand) for lithium and lead-acid batteries.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Technical and Service Engineer/Manager to join our newly opened entity in the US. This individual will play a pivotal role in overseeing technical operations, providing exemplary service to our clients, and driving business development in the region. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of technical expertise, managerial skills, and a customer-centric approach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough inspections of company equipment before shipment to ensure quality and functionality.
- Provide on-site troubleshooting and technical support for supplied products at customer locations.
- Offer technical guidance and support to the technical teams of EIKTO dealers across the US.
- Develop and deliver comprehensive technical training programs for dealers to enhance their product knowledge and service capabilities.
- Strategically plan and manage spare parts inventory to ensure efficient service operations for both the company and its dealers.
- Actively participate in meetings with dealers and distributors to address technical concerns, provide updates, and foster strong partnerships.
- Contribute to the establishment of aftersales policies and procedures to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Serve as a mentor and "playing coach" to the dealers’ technical teams, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive product innovation and improvement based on customer feedback and market trends.
- Adapt to a fast-paced and multitasking environment, demonstrating flexibility and problem-solving skills to meet evolving business needs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a technical or service role, preferably within the material handling industry or B2B sectors which related with distribution of electrical/technical equipment such as HVAC, manufacturing, or conveyor systems.
- Proven expertise in troubleshooting industrial electrical equipment and systems.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Experience in developing and delivering technical training programs is highly desirable.
- Ability to travel frequently within North and Central America as needed.
- Proficiency in English; fluency in Spanish is a plus.

This position is based in Plano, TX, USA, with frequent travel within North and Central America required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
