Responsibilities:
- Maintain inventory levels by restocking shelves and displays
- Ensure products are organized and easily accessible for customers
- Assist customers with locating items and provide excellent customer service
- Operate equipment such as pallet jacks to move merchandise
- Monitor product expiration dates and rotate stock as needed
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals
- Keep the store clean and organized
Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service or retail sales is preferred
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks such as bending, stooping, and reaching
- Strong organizational skills to effectively manage inventory and keep track of stock levels
- Basic math skills for retail calculations and transactions
- Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and team members
- Multilingual abilities are a plus
