Responsibilities:
- Assist with clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and document organization
- Manage phone systems by answering calls, taking messages, and directing inquiries
- Support office management duties including ordering supplies and maintaining inventory
- Transcribe meeting minutes and other important documents accurately
- Utilize computer literacy skills to create reports, presentations, and correspondence
- Provide administrative support to executives and team members as needed
- Coordinate projects by scheduling meetings, tracking progress, and ensuring deadlines are met
- Conduct proofreading tasks to ensure accuracy in written materials
- Helping with Hiring, Training, Managing projects
Requirements:
- Proficiency in using office software applications such as Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Prior experience in administrative or clerical roles is preferred - A MUST
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal - A MUST
- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications are a plus
