Essential Functions:
Ø Manages the day to day activities of the maintenance team with little supervision
Ø Ensures that repairs, equipment, and grounds repairs are carried out
Ø Supervises and directs hourly maintenance technicians and team leaders
Ø Ensures knowledge growth of hourly maintenance team members through training, continuing education, and guidance
Ø Motivates and coaches maintenance team members
Ø Assists with interviewing and selection process when hiring maintenance team members
Ø Ensures that maintenance department is in compliance with all HTNA policies, procedures, and safety rules and provides performance feedback
Ø Ensures documentation of problems and work, and time flow of work order system
Ø Evaluates and continually upgrades the PM system and ensures timely implementation of problem countermeasures
Ø Ensures that all required documentation is maintained
Ø Develops team member schedules to ensure proper production support and PM completion
Ø Monitors spare parts inventory and makes adjustments when necessary
Ø Coordinate and support maintenance team continuous improvement activities
Ø Support safety audits and improvement activity
Ø Performs related duties as assigned or as the situation dictates

Environment:
While performing the duties of this job, the Maintenance Coordinator will be in a manufacturing environment where loud noises and hot or cold temperatures are possible.

This is a full-time position working 8 hours per day with possible overtime

Education & Experience:
Ø Associates Degree in Engineering or equivalent training/experience
Ø 5+ years in a manufacturing environment
Ø 3+ years of progressive supervisory experience
Ø Electrical experience preferred
Ø Equipment installation experience is a plus
Ø Maintenance Connection experience is a plus
Ø Maintaining PM schedules and spare parts list is a plus
Ø Experience in a start-up facility is a plus
Ø Automotive background preferred
Ø Prior experience with lean manufacturing in a JIT environment is preferred
Ø Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
Ø Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite
