Action Staffing has an immediate opportunity for a Sr. Staffing Specialist to join the team. This position is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about staffing and wants to contribute to the growth and development of the Action Staffing company.
As a Staffing Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the talent acquisition process from beginning to end, partnering with clients to help them achieve their hiring goals. Your role will function as a Talent Champion, interfacing directly with clients and candidates on a daily basis to provide the best possible candidate matches to client opportunities.

Additionally, this role requires a keen eye for talent, and the ability to work collaboratively with hiring managers.
Position Responsibilities:
· Utilize various tools and resources to source, screen, and match candidates according to client requirements.
· Manage a full-cycle recruitment process that includes sourcing, screening, presenting, and negotiating compensation packages to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes for both candidates and clients.
· Work with clients to develop a deep understanding of position requirements and responsibilities to ensure the best possible candidates are presented.
· Conduct phone interviews with candidates to ensure both a cultural and technical fit for the clients.
· Partner with clients to influence hiring decisions based on market knowledge and supporting data.
Requirements:
· Minimum 2 years of Staffing or Recruiting experience in a fast-paced corporate or agency environment in light industrial staffing
· Expertise in various recruiting tools and techniques utilized for sourcing, screening, applicant tracking, and presenting candidates for client requisitions, including Boolean Searching, LinkedIn messaging techniques and searching, searching job boards, writing job descriptions, and writing resumes.
· Must have strong written and verbal communication skills.
· Demonstrated willingness and availability to work additional hours both evenings and weekends in order to effectively manage candidate sourcing, client expectations, schedule interviews, and efficiently manage the recruiting process.
· Strong business acumen and a positive attitude.
Compensation and Benefits:
· Base salary + bonus
· 120 PTO Hours and 3 Sick Days
