Responsibilities:
- Leads and promotes healthy and safe work practices as required by regulatory agencies and Company policy.
- Sells organization's products and services by calling large accounts and handling sales. Keeps customers informed about available services, supplies, prices, and new products.
- Processes customer orders from entry to invoicing. Coordinates order reviews to eliminate product, price and freight errors and ensure compliance.
- Collaborates with internal departments: manufacturing teams to review product specifications to ensure compliance with the customer requirements;
shipping teams to obtain and advise on shipping releases;
warehousing personnel to monitor aged allocated inventory and review with customers.
- Generates various reports to conduct basic analyses of customer inquiries and complaints to resolve all in a timely manner. Consults with senior personnel on complex cases.
- Coordinates quoting and pricing activities, and reviews incoterms to ensure operating efficiencies.
- Assists with monitoring competitive activity and regional pricing levels within the assigned territory. Collaborates with outside sales and marketing team to collect data on market trends and regional pricing levels.
- Occasional travel to customer locations for follow-up, presentations, or demonstrations.
- Performs other duties as they might be assigned.
- Regular and predictable, full-time, on-site attendance during scheduled hours.
Education / Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree – preferably in business, marketing or logistics
- 2-3 year customer service / inside sales experience, preferably in steel industry. Prior experience with tubing or industrial sales preferred
Knowledge / Skills / Competencies:
- Basic knowledge of Atlas’ capabilities and internal requirements to maintain operating efficiencies preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, business systems and mobile platforms

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
