The product offering covers both the mechanical and sheet metal trades in the HVAC business. The normal territory coverage for most of the products is Colorado and East Wyoming. CFM Company’s headquarters office and warehouse is located in Denver, with remote offices in Colorado Springs, Fort Collins, and Grand Junction, CO.

The Opportunity
We are a rapidly growing manufacturer’s rep firm based in Colorado that represents commercial HVAC products. We are currently seeking a Parts Store Manager responsible for store operations, processing customer orders, and responding to customer’s inquiries. Must have attention to detail, be customer service oriented and work well with others. This position needs a self-motivated team player who can be an active leader of our team and seeks remedies to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Salary Range: $80K-$100K
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities

Supervises inside sales, administrative, and warehouse parts store staff.

Responsible for training & development of direct reports; Sets work priorities for store associates.

Oversees parts deliveries, stocking, and storage.

Responsible for all aspects of inventory control including replenishment, stocking, cycle counting, and physical inventory.

Monitors product returns and warranty claim activity.

Conducts sales of HVAC parts and supplies over the phone, by email, and over the counter.

Promptly identify parts and process quotes & orders for customers.

Loads and unloads shipments of parts, supplies, and equipment.

Develops & maintains relationships with customers and our business partners.

Exhibits strong leadership, organizational, and customer service skills.

Flexibility to work overtime/weekends, as required.
Qualifications:
The Required Profile

High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Computer skills are essential, HVAC Parts background is preferred.

HVAC, Mechanical Contracting, Engineering or Construction industry experience a plus.
- Excellent initiative, interpersonal communications skills, and a demonstrated ability to influence others.
Other Skills/Abilities
Language Skills
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
Mathematical Skills
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret graphs.
Reasoning Ability
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations. Mental stamina for problem solving and prioritizing multiple tasks.
Environmental Requirements
Will be required to work in an office environment and possibly, occasionally in the field.
Physical Demands
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands to operate computer keyboard and telephone, reach with hands and arms. The employee frequently is required to stand, walk, and sit. The employee is occasionally required to climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
