Leads efforts to ensure the development and implementation of talent acquisition and management strategies through partnering with hiring managers to help with recruiting efforts, developing job descriptions, preparing job postings, and interviewing candidates Assesses and helps leaders and managers understand and administer personnel policies, programs, and procedures necessary for business success; Gives advice on compensation, including salary, promotions, and benefits; Facilitates the design and development of employee learning, development, and performance processes
Serves as administrator for several critical human resources functions and workforce management, employee/labor relations, compensation, benefits, training, diversity, employee engagement, and employee records; Facilitates and communicates organizational policies and programs and ensures labor law and regulatory compliance
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Licensure: Certificate in HRCI or SHRM preferred not required.
Experience: 5+ years; Experience in the AEC industry preferred
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Technical Skills: Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organizations HRIS and talent management systems. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related Software.
