Responsibilities:
- Perform MRI scans on patients referred from healthcare providers
- Ensure patient safety and comfort during the scanning process
- Operate and maintain MRI equipment, including performing quality control checks
- Review and evaluate images to ensure they meet diagnostic quality standards
- Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to interpret and communicate scan results
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines
Qualifications:
- Valid ARRT registry as an MRI Technologist
- Proficient in operating MRI equipment and performing scans
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
