We're in search of an HVAC Project Manager who can efficiently oversee HVAC projects. The ideal candidate embodies a mindset of continual improvement and excels at collaborating within a team setting.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage HVAC projects from start to finish.
- Perform routine job-walks.
- Provide clients with estimates
- Conduct interviews and assist with new hire onboarding.
- Coordinate with project team members, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Develop and implement project schedules.
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to meet deadlines and budget requirements.
- Conduct regular site visits to inspect work quality, safety compliance, and adherence to project specifications.
- Collaborate with clients to address any concerns or issues that may arise during the construction process.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to HVAC technicians and other team members.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
- Communicate and cooperate efficiently with office team and peers.
- Assist with permit inspections.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in HVAC project management or supervisor role.
- Strong knowledge of system installations and/or service techniques, and materials related to HVAC systems.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills to effectively prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members, clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Familiarity with HVAC systems (heat pumps, ductless mini-splits, package units, FAU's, furnaces, split systems, and more)
- Experience managing a team(s)
- Ability to use Field Edge software
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Highly organized & responsive to calls, text & emails

Pay: $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
