Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician with Proficeny in ASL to join our team. The Behavior Technician will work with individuals to implement behavior plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).
Duties:
- Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA
- Collect data on client behaviors during sessions
- Assist in skill acquisition programs
- Provide direct 1:1 therapy to individuals with autism or related disorders
- Collaborate with families and treatment teams
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in ASL
-High School Diploma
- Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) preferred
- Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder
- Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
