We are hiring a Customer Service Representative for our CANDY operations in Fairfield OH. We are a rapidly growing company . Each year we grow and are continuing to add more employees.
Customer Service Manager Requirements
-Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Utilize strong communication skills to interact with customers via phone, email, and in-person.
- Utilize data entry skills to accurately input customer information and maintain records.
- Upsell products or services to customers based on their needs and preferences.
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up with customers and gather feedback.
- Analyze customer interactions to identify trends and improve service quality.
Must be able to work from 9:30AM to 6PM
