Responsibilities:
Invoice Processing.
Shipping/Receiving
∙ Process daily customer invoices that coincide with daily customer shipments.
· Pursue and maintain good relationships with freight companies.
· Management of daily shipping ledgers and reports. Process delivery tickets and B. O. L.s
· Manage National & Local Freight Shipments
· Manage UPS, Fedex, DHL, and other shipping companies.
Acquire quotations for incoming and outgoing freight as needed.
Present BOL to necessary parties
Follow-ups if needed.
Receive product from customers or vendors.
Expedite orders as required.
Supply tracking information as needed.
Follow ups as required.
· Establish and manage Inventory Control
· Document organization and filing
· Process incoming and outgoing shipments
Requirements are on an As Needed basis.
- Acquire quotes from freight companies.
- Process shipping and receiving orders.
- Other miscellaneous duties as required.
Needed General Abilities:
· Strong math skills
· Knowledge of Shipping and Receiving forms and terminology
BOL, SED, COO, COC, etc.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Good, legible penmanship is a major plus.
· Ability to concisely gather and summarize information for review by the requestor.
· Ability to prioritize and multi-task.
· Strong attention to details
· Strong organizational skills
· Adaptability
· Be open-minded when receiving advice and constructive criticism.
· Strong communication skills.
· Ability to listen, ask questions, document actions, identify irregularities and provide feedback to improve performance. Must be able to communicate effectively within the shop and office personnel.
· Be receptive to new responsibilities as they may arise, which may include learning new skills or expanding on the existing ones.
Qualifications:
· Minimum 5 years of invoice processing and shipping and receiving.
Inventory interaction/management is a major plus.
· Must be able to lift at least to 50 lbs., on occasion
· Must have good interpersonal communication skills.
· Bilingual (Spanish) is preferred but not required.
· Must have knowledge of and user literacy with Microsoft Windows computer applications such as Word, Excel, Outlook
Experience in using Microsoft Access is a plus.
Typing speed and accuracy is a priority
Must be able to easily navigate internet related tasks.

These tasks are strictly done from the Dualco office; and there’s no work done outside of the office.
Work hours: 7:30 am to 4:00 pm, with lunch 12:30 – 1:00 pm. 40 hours per week; full time job.
Paid holidays, personal time, and vacations; to begin after start-up period.
With qualifications and experience, minimum pay is $ 18.00 per hour.
