Position: Sales Manager (Remote with occasional reporting to STIlIZY HQ)
Location: East Michigan Area (Candidate must reside locally)
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve weekly, monthly, and annual sales quotas by implementing effective sales and marketing strategies.
- Develop and execute territory action plans using comprehensive data analysis, adjusting tactics based on field interactions.
- Maintain strong client relationships to ensure exceptional service and identify new sales opportunities.
- Identify prospects, schedule appointments, conduct effective sales calls, and manage sales cycles across all product categories.
- Monitor accounts and territory for timely payment of balances and receivables.
- Lead and direct departmental employees, making personnel decisions related to hiring, promotion, and performance management.
- Oversee departmental operations to ensure targets are met, exercising discretion in decision-making.
Qualifications:
Technical Skills & Abilities:
- Excellent customer service and communication skills (oral and written).
- Detailed-oriented with proficiency in sales management software and CRM tools.
- Ability to balance persuasion with professionalism, backed by in-depth product knowledge.
- Experience conducting product demos and handling objections effectively.
Education & Experience:
- High School diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 1-3 years of industry experience managing high-volume territories.
- Strong understanding of sales concepts and principles, with field sales experience.
Requirements:
- Must be over 21 years of age.
- Cannabis sales experience is required.
- Flexible schedule; ability to work weekends and holidays as needed.
- Physical ability to stand, sit, bend, and lift in various environments.
