Responsible for the successful introduction and execution of new or existing programs. Leads strategic and cost reduction initiatives as needed.
Roles and responsibilities:
- Responsible for Manufacturing readiness for New Program Introduction.
- Responsible to lead and coordinate TOW's and Flexing projects between plants.
- The forward-looking contact for manufacturing and non-manufacturing for incoming introductions and enhancement programs.
- Communicate with our employees, commercial brand leaders and customers as needed to support new & existing products.
- Coordinate & communicate capacity constraints and recommended solutions for product launches and larger project business when requested.
- Will work with cross-functional staff to clarify objectives, resource allocation, execution plan and timelines.
- When required, facilitate cross-functional resolution for on-time or quality concerns.
- Will own updates, status reports and communication of introductions and new programs across the organization required for alignment and to maintain commitments.
- Will support pilot runs and quoting as needed for large product modification or Project sized orders.
- Will be a contributing member of the Engineering Change meetings.
- Conduct Customer Tours when required.
- Lead continuous improvement efforts in this area of responsibility and identifies cost reduction opportunities within the business.

Educational / Experience Requirements:
- Previous manufacturing management or project management experience required.
- PMP certification a plus; or desire to attain.
- College degree in business, engineering, or technical field; or equivalent operations and manufacturing experience preferred.
