- The candidate must have a proven development background, with at least 10 years of experience in SAP FI/CO/FM/MM and HCM/HR modules;
- Knowledgeable of touch points related to General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Material Management, Purchasing, Funds/Grants Management, Controlling, and Project Systems;
- Advanced knowledge of SAP FI/CO/FM/MM and HCM/HR tables, technical fields, and their relationships;
- Advanced knowledge of SAP Enterprise Core Component (ECC) Financials (FI) and Human Capital Management (HCM);
- Experience with requirements gathering, creating technical specifications, and operational support documentation for future reference and maintainability;
- Hands-On experience in SAP ABAP Programming.
- Advanced knowledge of SAP Enterprise Core Component (ECC) HCM and Financials/Logistics programming.
- Hands-On experience with SAP Data ETL using custom programs/BAPIs/Interfaces.
- Hands-On experience standing up SAP Data Services
- Hands-On experience interfacing SAP with Azure Data Lake using SAP Data Services
- Hands-On experience with SAP Data ETL using SAP Data Services.
- Must have an analytical, results-driven and solution-oriented approach;
- Possess exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, including verbal, written presentation , and listening;
- Excellent spoken and written English;
- SAP project management skills, and experience following SAP Best Practices;
- Team player;
- Ability to handle numerous conflicting priorities in a professional manner;
- Ability to plan and organize work and responsibilities; and Good facilitation skills.
