We are seeking a Client Service Manager to join our dynamic team. This role involves coordinating with internal teams, managing therapists’ onboarding and caseload, and maintaining high standards of client satisfaction.
Duties:
-Coordinate and streamline processes with the Outreach team and other departments to ensure efficient patient services.
-Assist with coordination of new and established patients for occupational, physical and speech therapy care.
-Aid therapists with scheduling, rescheduling, and communication needs as necessary.
-Serve as a central point of contact for therapists and patients.
-Maintain and update referral, patients, therapists, and office staff rosters.
-Update referral boards: follow up on orders, follow up on staffing patients and preauthorizations.
-Manage all aspects of relationships with patients and referral sources to ensure company expectations are met or exceeded.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Associates degree preferred.
- Strong proficiency in English and Spanish language.
-Comfortable speaking to patients, families, and staff over the phone.
-Demonstrate a high degree of skill in problem solving and working effectively with people.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $48,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
