About the Role
Hinge Health is seeking an exceptionally bright, proactive and self-motivated individual to provide administrative support to our team. In this role, you will also be the main point of delegation for a variety of tasks to help build one of the fastest-growing digital health startups in San Francisco. You will be asked to provide general administrative support in our SF Office as well as to some of the company’s lower tier executives. This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, attention to detail coupled with high-level organizational skills, ability to work independently, take initiative without direction, and manage/prioritize concurrent assignments to meet deadlines. We are looking for a candidate who is a team player and is eager to learn and help out wherever needed.
What You'll Accomplish
Workplace Partner:

Assist covering the reception area to serve as the initial point of contact for clients, guests, job candidates, and external vendors.

Assist with sorting incoming mail and helping team members send / route packages with various external mail carriers.

Assist with scheduling / setup of internal events. Serve as primary point of contact to answer any questions team members may have pertaining to their events

Assist with general administrative tasks (i.e., scheduling conference rooms, ordering office supplies, assisting team members with copying, printing and scanning of documents).
- Assist to ensure that the office is visually impeccable, and consistent with company needs and aesthetics.
Executive Partner:
- Drive important meetings forward by scheduling and organizing external (client) and internal meetings and events in a timely manner.
- Enable our executives to focus on high priority tasks via strategic calendar management and make recommendations to executives with regards to their time management, prioritization, delegation, and organization.
- Reduce administrative burden on executives by performing an extensive array of core administrative tasks (e.g., expense reporting, booking travel, purchasing gifts, assisting with production of meeting materials, assisting with ad-hoc initiatives / projects, keeping a pulse on exec workloads).
- Assist executives by handling a wide range of complex and highly confidential administrative tasks.
Team Partner:
- Increasing team effectiveness by helping plan and execute team events and on-sites and ensure things run smoothly, assisting with ad-hoc initiatives / team projects, keeping a pulse on team workloads, and helping communicate across the team.
Hinge Health Hybrid Model
We believe that remote work and in-person work have their own advantages and disadvantages, and we want to be able to leverage the best of both worlds. Employees in hybrid roles are required to be in the office 3 days/week.
Qualificatons:
Basic Qualifications

Minimum of 2+ years of experience in customer service, front desk, office administration or clerical role.

Minimum of 2+ years working with Google Workspace or similar platform.
Preferred Qualifications
-
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

2+ years of experience working for a tech or start-up company

2+ years of experience supporting lower tier executives which are at a VP or Director level.

Experience with at least one of the following tools: Asana, Envoy, Navan, Slack, WorkDay and/or Zip
Compensation
This position will have an annual salary, plus equity and benefits. Please note the annual salary range is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location. The annual salary range for this position is $70,400 - $76,800.
