Treasury Management Consultant
The Treasury Management Consultant will be responsible for leading advisory engagements with our client credit unions and community banks. These engagements can include discovery, analysis, and recommendations of treasury management products, platforms, and pricing, account analysis utilization and configuration recommendations, financial modeling and profitability analysis, recommendations on policy, procedures, agreements, onboarding, and servicing process for all aspects of a comprehensive treasury management program. Engagements would include product configuration and implementation guidance on both CU/FI sourced product platforms (FiServ, Q2, Alkami, etc.) and Tru Treasury platforms.
Key Responsibilities:

Consulting: Lead and engage in consultative activities with CU/FI clients to assess, research, analyze and advise on objectives and deliverables as outlined in specific Project Plan or Statement of Work. This could include project management and advisory work associated with implementing a CU/FI sourced product platform.
Qualifications: Qualified candidates will possess many, if not all, of the following experience, knowledge, and skills.

5 + years' experience as a Treasury Management product and/or operations leader or consultant at a financial institution, consulting firm, or similar experience with a treasury product vendor/platform provider.

Extensive knowledge of treasury management products, platforms, and operations framework including Account Analysis

Strong financial management skills, including financial modeling and profitability analysis.

Project Management: demonstrated experience in project leadership and cross-functional collaboration, utilizing project management methodologies and practices

Bachelor's or master's degree in a related field of study.

CTP and/or AAP designation preferred not required.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate with various disciplines and roles at our client FI's.

Highly proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint. Project Management platform experience a plus.

Ability to work independently and effectively lead all assigned client engagements.

Ability to work in a virtual/remote environment.
