Responsibilities for the Account Manager Position
- Client Relationship Management:
- Develop and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients.
- Act as the main point of contact, aligning client business goals with our digital marketing efforts.
- Campaign Strategy and Execution:
- Collaborate with in-house teams to craft and execute effective digital marketing strategies.
- Work closely with strategists and specialists to monitor and optimize digital campaigns, ensuring they exceed client expectations and key performance indicators.
- Communication and Reporting:
- Coordinate with strategists and customer success teams to regularly update clients with detailed performance reports.
- Address client queries promptly, ensuring clear and transparent communication.
- Lead regular strategy meetings with clients and internal teams.
- New Business Development:
- Work alongside strategists and the business development team to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing client accounts.
- Stay Updated on Industry Trends:
- Keep abreast of the latest in digital marketing, emerging technologies, and industry best practices to offer strategic insights to clients.
Qualifications:
- Background in marketing, business, or a related field preferred.
- Familiarity with digital marketing channels like SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
- Proven experience in managing projects to ensure timely completion.
- Independent problem-solving skills and a keen desire for continuous learning and growth in the digital marketing industry.
