Purdue University and the Mitchell E. Daniels, Jr. School of Business are looking for a candidate The Associate Director of Recruiting develops and implements recruiting strategies and communication plans to recruit and yield top students to the residential and online Graduate programs at the Mitchell E. Daniels, Jr. School of Business. Responsible for working with the recruiting team to communicate our key marketing messages and selling points to prospective students, via on-campus, off-campus, and virtual recruiting activities. Coordinate recruiting efforts with Program Management, the Mitchell E. Daniels, Jr. School of Business Professional Development Center, and Alumni Relations. Assist in managing the recruiting and events budget to ensure our recruiting activities provide the greatest yield for the investment. Serve as the primary contact and resource for prospective students for assigned programs, working to help them navigate the application process and be responsible for yielding candidates once they are admitted.

The target salary for this position will start around $65,000 per year, plus benefits.
