Position Overview: The Sales Associate at FXPro Construction is not just a salesperson, but a key player in our growth strategy. You will play a crucial role in generating new business and driving revenue growth. This position involves door-to-door sales, actively seeking out and engaging with potential customers, and providing them with comprehensive information about our roofing services. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and the drive to exceed sales targets. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct door-to-door sales in residential and commercial areas to generate new business leads.
- Identify, contact, and follow up with potential customers to present and sell roofing solutions.
- Develop and thoroughly understand FXPro Construction’s products, services, and competitive advantages.
- Track down and pursue leads through various channels, including referrals, networking, and online research.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to potential customers.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process and after closing the sale.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
Qualifications:
- (preferred) experience in sales, preferably in the construction or roofing industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Comfortable with door-to-door sales and willing to travel within designated sales territory.
- Ability to understand technical aspects of roofing systems and effectively communicate them to customers.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
