We are looking to add an experienced Customer Service Rep for our personal lines department.
Job Summary
We are an independent insurance agency looking to add an experienced Insurance Account Representative to our Personal Lines Insurance Department.
Requirements:
At least three years of insurance experience working in an insurance agency
New York State Brokers License is required.
Responsibilities:
Service existing customer base
Provide sales support for the placement of new insurance policies
Familiarity with all types of personal lines insurance - auto, home & other lines.
Processing of renewals and policy change requests
Provide coverage recommendations
Assist clients with claims
