The Prospect: Opening in the spring of 2024, The Prospect will redefine hospitality in Mount Prospect. Personal service and the ultimate dining experience will be hallmarks of the two-story restaurant. Guests will be immersed in culinary techniques as the team prepares dishes influenced by both Italian and Argentinian culture. Job Description.
- Server/Cooks will: Possess a thorough understanding and knowledge of the full food including ingredients and preparation methods.
- Prepare and chop vegetables, meats, and other ingredients as directed by the Chef Measure and assemble ingredients according to recipes
- Assist in the preparation of sauces, dressings, and other components
- Collaborate and communicate effectively with all team members to efficiently coordinate order preparation and timely delivery
- Monitor guest needs throughout the dining experience and respond in a prompt manner
- Maintain and ensure various areas of the restaurant are clean, sanitized, and organized
- Assist in clearing and resetting the chef’s counter Maintain a clean, sanitized, and organized work area
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
