Responsibilities:
- Answer a large volume of calls in professional and friendly manner
- data entry and other clerical tasks as needed
- Provide excellent customer support and address inquiries or concerns promptly.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in an office setting is preferred
- Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
