RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Warehouse & Staging Technician will manage the shipping and receiving of equipment Anatomy's central warehouse, managing the internal and customer equipment inventory, performing workstation imaging and equipment preparation of new software/hardware equipment and necessary peripheral devices.. Internal audits of customer inventory will be also a responsibility for this role.
You will also:
Equipment Staging and Preparation:
- Be responsible for preparing workstations to Anatomy IT Standards
- Maintain and manage the imaging system for workstations
- Perform full-preparation and pre configurations of new hardware
- Setup and bench network equipment for engineers to configure remotely
- Update documentation of prepared devices within our CRM
Warehouse Management and Administration:
- Perform daily checks for new arrival of equipment at the warehouse
- Secure equipment with appropriate safeguards and protocols
- Label newly arrived products with client name and project/ticket number
- Complete documentation and administrative tasks in our service delivery and procurement systems according to documented processes
- Coordinate outbound shipping of any products that have to be delivered to our clients
- Work with the procurement team for anticipated receiving and inventory management
- Manage internal and client inventory within the warehouse
- Maintain a clean and orderly warehouse
- Manage audits of customer inventory
- Complete timesheet weekly and submit it by EOD Fridays
- Identify better efficiency with our workflows, communicate the need, and proactively implement them in cooperation with your department manager.
- Maintain security by ensuring compliance to policies, procedures, and standards.
- Report any suspected IT security incident, such as a service disruption, a suspicious email, or an unusual endpoint behavior.
- Participate in required cybersecurity and compliance training sessions.
- Maintain situational awareness and security knowledge by tracking and understanding emerging security practices, standards, and threats.
- Complete tasks as assigned by the department manager

We look for you to also bring:
- Previous working experience as IT Technician for (1-2) year(s) or in a similar role to this job description.
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, engineering or similar relevant field experience (preferred, not required).
- Outstanding organizational, time-management and attention to detail.
- Naturally organized – wired to have everything in it’s place on time and tidy.
- Excellent customer service, communication and organizational skills
- Understand the interdependencies between technology, operations, and business needs
- Work under tight deadlines with a sense of urgency
- Good technical understanding and expertise and/or demonstrable aptitude in the following:
- Workstation OS Deployment
- Basic TCP/IP configuration
- Centralized Device Management
- Occasionally work past 5 PM or before 8 AM to complete work tasks; limited nights and weekend work possible
