Community Maintenance Technician
Tulsa Property Group Leasing and Management, Inc. is looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our growing Team!

ADMINSTRATIVE/OFFICE
Meet daily with Community Manager to communicate and manage the workflow of all make readies, service repairs, warranty items, and special projects. Organize and file appropriate reports and paperwork daily. Manage and complete make-ready checklists and all other required maintenance documentation.
MAINTENANCE AND SAFETY
Complete all needed repairs and improvements to homes prior to resident move-in by following the make-ready checklist including, window blinds, sheetrock repair, caulk and seal all windows, sinks, toilets and baths. Touch-up paint, lighting; assists in maintaining the grounds, common areas and amenities by picking up trash, pressure washing, and maintaining pool and pool areas. Painting curbs/signs/exteriors/interiors, and performing general cleaning as needed. Assisting in HVAC work orders. Change all locks and ensure all gates are working according to code and the property’s policy. Assists with all preventative maintenance as well as “special projects” and warranty items as needed.
RESIDENT RELATIONS
Accepts service requests from work order log and completes quickly and thoroughly. Maintain positive customer service and “can do” attitude at all times. Distributes notices and communications to residents as needed.
EXPERIENCE
6 months of related experience and training preferred Heating, Ventilation & Air Conditioning (HVAC) Certification preferred. Certified Apartment Maintenance Technician (CAMT) is preferred, but not required. EPA is preferred but not required.
Must have a valid Driver's License.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22-$26/hr + overtime as needed

- Maintenance Technician Experience: 2 years (Preferred)
