Sales Representative Job Description
Pure Plastic Surgery is excited to announce an opening in their amazing sales team. We’re seeking a sales representative that is self-motivated, hungry, and eager to reach their goals. The sales representative will have a strong understanding of the process and excel at contacting leads, building relationships, and closing sales. The ideal candidate will be a quick learner who has strong negotiating skills and an ability to showcase our offerings in a compelling way. Tasked with phone consultations and attending to patients in person, the sales representative must be both personable and professional.
Objectives of this role
- Represent the practice’s products and services, using consumer research as well as deep and comprehensive knowledge of how our solutions meet the needs of our patients.
- Achieve weekly, monthly, and annual sales goals by successfully implementing sales strategies and tactics.
- Convert leads and build relationships by organizing daily work schedule to call on existing and potential patients.
- Adjust sales techniques according to interactions and results on the phone and with in-person consultations.
Responsibilities
- Maintain working relationships with existing patients to ensure that they receive exceptional service and to identify potential new sales opportunities.
- Identify prospect patients, set appointments, make effective qualifying sales calls, and manage sales cycle to close new business in all service categories.
- Possess in-depth product/service knowledge and be able to conduct evaluations and handle objections.
- Prepare concise and accurate reports, proposals, booking packages, and other required documentation for patients.
- Achieve sales goals by assessing current patient needs and following a defined selling process with potential patients, often including phone sales and in-person consultations.
Required skills and qualifications
- Three or more years of sales experience
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, and organizational skills
- Proficiency with sales management software and CRM
- Strong ability to balance persuasion with professionalism
- Bilingual English/Spanish
Preferred skills and qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Proven success rate at levels above sales quota
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
