Responsibilities:
- Client Meetings: Act as the point of contact between internal team members and clients, ensuring clarity in communication and expectations.
- Client Experience: Identify and maximize opportunities to “surprise and delight” clients.
- Client Onboarding: ensures a smooth and efficient transition, providing personalized guidance and support to set the foundation for long-term success.
- Workload: Ability to effectively manage 20-30 social media schedules (ranging from 3-25 monthly posts) for a diverse range of clients.
- Achieving Project Success: Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within the scope, and within budget.
- Technical Support: Ensuring seamless operations by providing prompt, expert assistance tailored to resolve your unique technical challenges.
- Quality Assurance: Ensuring the highest standards, and guaranteeing exceptional results for client satisfaction.
- Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness. and engagement
Requirements:
- 1 to 2 years of experience in Project or Account Management, Marketing, or Social Media Management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud, Google Workspace, Canva, CapCut
