THE POSITION: We are currently seeking a motivated and talented individual to join our team as a New Car Photographer Porter. In this role, you will be responsible for capturing high-quality images of new cars for our inventory. You will work closely with our sales and marketing teams to ensure that our vehicles are presented in the best possible light to attract customers.

Skills & Qualifications:
- Photography Skills: Proficiency in capturing high-quality images, including understanding of lighting, composition, and camera settings.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with photography equipment such as DSLR cameras, lenses, tripods, and lighting equipment. Knowledge of editing software like Adobe Photoshop or Lightroom for post-processing.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to capture the nuances and features of each car accurately, ensuring that the images showcase the vehicle's best attributes.
- Organizational Skills: Capability to maintain an organized inventory of photographed vehicles, keeping track of which cars have been photographed and ensuring all images are properly stored and labeled.
- Communication Skills: Effective communication with sales and marketing teams to understand photography needs, prioritize tasks, and convey any specific requirements for each vehicle.
- Teamwork: Willingness to collaborate with other team members to ensure that all tasks related to vehicle preparation and presentation are completed efficiently.
- Time Management: Capacity to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and meet deadlines consistently.
- Automotive Knowledge: Basic understanding of car models, features, and specifications to effectively highlight and capture the unique aspects of each vehicle.
- Creativity: Ability to think creatively and find innovative ways to showcase vehicles in a visually appealing manner, capturing attention and generating interest from potential customers.
- Passion for Cars: Genuine enthusiasm for automobiles and a keen interest in capturing their beauty and performance through photography.
Education and Experience:
- Previous experience in photography, preferably in an automotive setting.
- Proficiency with photography equipment and software, such as DSLR cameras and Adobe Photoshop.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to consistently produce high-quality images.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- A passion for cars and a keen eye for capturing their unique features.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Photograph new cars from various angles to highlight their features and aesthetics.
- Ensure that all images meet our quality standards and brand guidelines.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to prioritize photography needs.
- Maintain an organized inventory of photographed vehicles.
- Assist with other duties related to vehicle preparation and presentation as needed.
Physical Requirements:
- Depending on the setup, the photographer porter may need to lift and carry photography equipment such as cameras, tripods, and lighting gear. Additionally, moving and adjusting props or accessories may require lifting and carrying.
- Standing, Walking, Bending, Stooping, Kneeling, Crouching, Reaching and Stretching
- Manual Dexterity: Operating camera controls, adjusting lenses, and handling small photography accessories require good manual dexterity.
- Visual Acuity: Strong vision is essential for accurately composing shots, focusing the camera, and reviewing images for quality.
- Driving: If the role involves transporting equipment between locations or photographing vehicles at off-site locations, a valid driver's license and the ability to drive safely may be required.
- Weather Conditions: Depending on the location and nature of the work, photographers may need to work outdoors in various weather conditions. This could include exposure to heat, cold, rain, or direct sunlight.
