Position Title: Territory Sales Advisor
Location: Niagara County & Orleans County
Compensation: $20-$22/hour + potential bonus

At Reid Petroleum, we're seeking a dedicated Territory Sales Advisor to join our team. As a key member of our sales force, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers uphold our brand image and contract compliance, while also keeping an eye on competitive pricing within your designated territory.
What You'll Do:

Build Lasting Relationships: Establish and nurture trust-based relationships with our valued customers across retail, consignment, and wholesale channels.

Be the Expert: Serve as the go-to contact for all customer needs, ensuring seamless communication of vital information between customers and Reid Petroleum.

Deliver Excellence: Showcase exemplary customer service skills, adeptly resolving issues and guiding customers through any concerns that arise.

Drive Sales Initiatives: Implement and oversee brand programs and marketing strategies to boost sales, adhering to company policies and promoting brand adherence.

Continuous Improvement: Review quarterly mystery shop report scores with customers to drive improvements in service and performance.

Strategic Oversight: Monitor site performance and sales trends through regular audits, ensuring operational integrity and identifying maintenance needs.

Service Excellence: Supervise service calls and maintenance schedules to ensure prompt resolution and customer satisfaction.

Market Savvy: Stay ahead of the competition by strategically interpreting market conditions and executing price changes at retail locations.

Educate and Empower: Provide comprehensive training and orientation to customers on fuel facility operations, compliance, and marketing requirements.

Supply Chain Management: Ensure all retail locations maintain necessary supplies as per contractual agreements with Reid Petroleum.

Financial Liaison: Assist in managing accounts receivable and other financial obligations between customers and Reid Petroleum.
What You'll Bring:

Proven Expertise: Demonstrated experience in customer relationship management and territory sales.

Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of fuel retail operations, compliance standards, and marketing strategies.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a knack for negotiation and problem-solving.

Mobility: Ability to travel regularly within your designated territory.

Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with S2K service program is a plus.

Driving Force: Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
