This position directly supports office administrative functions. The position will report to the Human Resources department but will encompass assistance in all areas as defined and distributed by the HR Department Manager. This position will frequently assist on special projects and heavy administrative document involvement throughout the company.
Responsibilities:

Coordinate the visitors and walk in applicants for employment

Coordinate the pre-employment onboarding with the temp agencies

Coordinate distribution and collection of HR related items such as policies, documents, uniforms, etc.

Track and coordinate Locker assignments
-
Run reports in timeclock system and review reports for missed punches, overtime limits, etc.

Assist in development of forms and written documentation for HR
- Assist in recruiting dept. as needed for reporting, may attend job fairs, etc.

Track signatures and assist with roll-out of training, meetings, etc.

Assist with the recruiting department job fairs, flyers, schedules, etc.
Communications:

Effectively communicates with other team members, suppliers, customers by use of emails, phone, and/or fax communication on a timely basis.
Organizational:

Ensure that all logs and spreadsheets are up to date. Including phone list, applicant logs, new hire logs, and any other assigned logs or tracking databases.

Ability to organize employee data, timecard data, paperwork, documents and events.

Technical:
- Above average computer skills using Word, Excel and Microsoft Office to compose tables, charts, and logs

Ability to research, document and analyze facts for projects

Ability to organize and enter data into a tracking system accurately

5 + plus years Previous Office Administrative Experience
