Responsibilities:
- Perform duties including checking guests in and out, reconciling accounts, and resolving any discrepancies
- Provide exceptional guest service by addressing guest inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain accurate records of guest transactions and interactions
- Assist with front desk duties such as answering phone calls, making reservations, and providing general information about the hotel
- Ensure the safety and security of guests by monitoring the premises during the night shift
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure a seamless guest experience
- Handle cash transactions and maintain a balanced cash drawer
Skills:
- Strong hospitality management skills with a focus on delivering excellent guest services
- Bilingual proficiency in English and another language is a plus
- Experience working at the front desk of a hotel or similar establishment
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations with tact and diplomacy
- Knowledge of hotel operations, including familiarity with phone systems and reservation software
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
